Payment Methods:VoIP Choice accepts payment by Direct Deposit, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval. More information on payment methods can be found below.

Pricing Policy:

Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors on prices.
Acceptance of orders:

VoIP Choice reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in Victoria.

Product Descriptions:

VoIP Choice attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, VoIP Choice does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by VoIP Choice itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All images displayed are for illustrative purposes only, and all specifications shown are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Limitation of Liability:

All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is VoIP Choice liable for the following:
(1) third party claims against you for damages,
(2)loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment,
(3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages even if we are aware of the possibility.
(4) any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
VoIP Choice’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use.
Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.

All warranty of products sold by VoIP Choice will be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the Goods. VoIP Choice shall be under no liability whatsoever, except for the express conditions as detailed and stipulated in the manufacturers warranty. If you have any difficulties with products purchased from VoIP Choice, please email support@voipchoice.com.auand describe your product difficulty – please be sure to quote your invoice number. All warranty is strictly return-to-base, return postage will be payable for goods to be sent back once repaired or replaced.

We are unable to guarantee compatibility between components. It is up to the buyer to first research and confirm that a part will be compatible and suitable for their application prior to purchase.


Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed. Shipping Orders are limited to destinations within Australia Only. Indicative shipping costs are displayed when ordering. These costs may be subject to change after an order has been placed. If the price exceeds what is quoted, you will receive email notification before proceeding. Orders are shipped usually within 1 business day after payment is received and confirmed, unless otherwise specified on the products description. Damage in transit: Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any items that have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, if your item arrives faulty you have 14 days from delivery of the faulty goods to return the item to VoIP Choice. Please advise VoIP Choice by phone or email before sending any goods to receive a Return Authorisation Number. If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees. You have 30 days from receiving your purchase to return your device. You will need to contact VoIP Choice Online Store before returning to receive an RA Number :  If the item is non-defective and VoIP Choice Online Store approve a return, a refund will only be offered after VoIP Choice Online Store has received your item and only if goods are returned in resaleable condition with packaging, instruction booklets, cables and power supply. A restocking fee may apply. You may wish to exchange your purchase for a more appropriate product from the VoIP Choice Online Store catalogue. Faulty items during warranty period. It is recommended you contact the manufacturer to identify if your product is faulty. They will be able to work with you to identify if it is your device, or configuration that is possibly the concern. You will receive an investigation number or RA from the manufacturer to quote when contacting VoIP Choice. After the Return is Received at the Warehouse Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be shipped to our warehouse and processed. Please also allow up to 7 days for any replacement items. Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability. We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.

1. Customers are required to provide a contactable phone number (other than a mobile).
2. A staff member may contact you by telephone to confirm the order prior to dispatch.

We will take full legal action against any person(s) found attempting to steal from us or otherwise defraud the system.
Money Order

Money orders can be purchased and sent direct from any Australia Post office. Please make money orders out to “VoIP Choice”. The advantage of money orders is that since you do not have to wait for them to clear, the products can be dispatched as soon as the money order is received. When sending money orders please be sure to include a print out of your order confirmation to ensure that the order is displaced to the correct address. Australian customers using this method of payment can place orders using the shopping cart.
Direct Deposit

If you wish to pay for your order via direct deposit please use your order number as the payment description. This will help our system to correctly identify your order as quickly as possible. If you plan on direct depositing your payment at a Suncorp Branch, please ask the teller to use your order number as the description.

Payment and Variation of Fees and Charges

Charges for the Service, Support, Consultancy pertaining to their VoIP service installed by VoIP Choice are offered to paid by invoice once services are confirmed to be installed and working as per on-site technician.
